We are currently seeking a Label Co-Ordinator to lead our label operations, manage artist releases, and help shape our creative direction.

The Label Co-Ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the record label, ensuring smooth execution of music releases, marketing campaigns, and artist development strategies. You’ll work closely with artists, A&R, marketing teams, distributors, and external partners to deliver impactful releases and grow the label’s presence across global platforms.

• Manage end-to-end release strategy for singles, EPs, and albums
• Coordinate with A&R, marketing, and digital teams to ensure timely and successful launches
• Liaise with digital distributors, aggregators, DSPs, and PR partners
• Oversee artist schedules, production timelines, and promotional planning
• Track performance metrics (streaming, sales, audience growth) and generate reports
• Maintain budgets, contracts, release calendars, and royalty processes
• Serve as a key point of contact for artists and ensure their creative vision is supported
• Identify new trends, platforms, and promotional opportunities in the music industry
• Ensure brand consistency across all public-facing materials and campaigns
